INCENTIVE:

Oliver Queen will do any and everything to save his city and protect his family. If he was given the opportunity to afford Star City protection, he would give everything - up to his life - to make that happen. In his own canon, he has played a dangerous game with the League of Assassins and became the heir to Ra's Al Ghul just to ensure that his little sister and the city he loves so much were safe from destruction.

It is this single-minded focus that would bring him to Eudio and would drive him to fully consent to anything within Eudio's walls to be able to keep those he cares about safe. While Oliver has had some selfish tendencies in the past, he works hard to be utterly selfless and giving himself over to a sexual contract is hardly beyond what he would do to protect his city and his family.

Furthermore, once established in Eudio proper, he would want to protect those he met within the confines of the game as well and would want to ensure the system works and that no one comes to harm. He would fully embrace the requirements laid upon him and then some because that's the kind of man that he is.

FIT:

Oliver is an incredibly sexual man. At his canon point, he has just come out of an intense, long-term relationship but in the past he has had no problem with casual sex (sometimes to his detriment, as he's been known to cheat.) While he does prefer sex within the confines of a relationship, he can also appreciate the value of a good time with no strings attached and I think this will make him a good fit for the particular atmosphere that Eudio requires.

Oliver's only qualms about being in a game that requires sex is consent but since Eudio itself requires consent from the parties who live, work and play there, Oliver will have no issue abiding by these rules. He wants to keep people safe, always, and will feel protective toward any partners he may have over the course of his journey in the game. It's a dynamic that I as a player look forward to playing and look forward to developing that type of CR with already established characters.

Oliver is a extremely well-trained archer and hand-to-hand fighter with paramilitary experience. He does not have any magical or mutant-like powers, though, and is a baseline human being.
